97% of homeowners plan their renovation without an architect in order to save money. Yet in the process, the most important aspect is often overlooked: the people who will actually live there.

Many homes are poorly planned not because of construction mistakes, but because no one takes the time to truly understand the needs, habits, and aspirations of their owners. Faced with the complexity of planning a home, many people feel overwhelmed and end up making costly decisions that, once built, can hardly be reversed.

With our one-to-one planning coaching, we guide homeowners step by step through the entire planning process – from the first ideas to a finished renovation plan. Based on years of professional experience, we have developed a design method that enables homeowners to create their own tailored plan, grounded in their everyday routines, while benefiting from expert guidance in the background.
