IFA Jahresausstellung 

master studio : Installation, curation and graphic concept for the Jahresausstellung of Institute of Architecture T.U. Berlin  2019

Once a year, the Architecture faculty of T.U. Berlin is organizes a big exhibition of all student works. Over the years the exhibition lost more and more of its significance and turned into a big, meaningless party.Our plan was to come back to a more decent event with curated talks hosted by a self-designed structure in the foyer.Regarding the small budget we had, we were looking for a cheap, smart and ecological material for the construction…

and found our desks as a potential resource.

With a self-designed plug-in-system we stacked the tables into three seven meter high towers. Together with stage podiums we created a little arena with different seat heights for self courated discussions.
