New Fever Dreamers
Curation & Exhibition Design
Collaboration: Victoria Jung, Verena Kerfin Gallery
Location: Verena Kerfin Gallery, Berlin
As a follow-up exhibition to Victoria Jung's photographic series Fever Dreams, this exhibition focused on the diverse artistic practices of the artists and creatives she encountered during her travels. Within a reality shaped by uncertainty, disruption, and constant change, these works emerge less as commodities for the art market and more as tools for self-empowerment, identity formation, and the collective processing of lived experience.
As many of the works could not be physically transported to Berlin, the exhibition drew on the artists' own digital modes of presentation. A combination of image fragments, social media documentation, video installations, and selected original objects offered insights into a creative universe that has evolved beyond conventional exhibition and market structures. The exhibition brought these often ephemeral and site-specific practices into a gallery context, making them accessible to a wider audience.
